Rocky Carroll (born July 8, 1963) is an American actor, best known for his role as NCIS Director Leon Vance on the hit CBS series NCIS. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Carroll studied acting at Webster University and began his career in theater, which later led to a successful television acting career. He is 1.78 m tall.
